In 2014, I created Full Potential, on the side as I continued to direct Dental Genius Assisting School, to help people, business owners, and individuals find ways to integrate their professional and personal lives by tuning in to their purpose.
I am a trained Leadership, Career, and Higher Education Professional with a Master's degree in Educational Psychology. I've worked professionally with governments, school districts, small businesses, and individual clients for over 20 years in Texas, California, Wisconsin, and Illinois. I've specialized in maximizing employee and organizational potential through customer service, talent management, coaching, assessment, selection, training, organizational development, performance, motivation, and work-life integration.
